“The Garden of Earthly Delights”. Hieronymus Bosch, c.1500 A walk round the Prado Museum can unearth secrets only known by lovers of painting. If you look closely at these works you’ll get some “personal” knowledge about their authors, whose self-portraits are hidden away somewhere in the painting.
Whiskers on kittens and crisp apple strudels…these are a few of my favourite things. Along with a good musical, of course. So, I grabbed the chance to pop along to the Arteria Coliseum Theatre on Gran Vía and see Sonrisas y lágrimas, the Spanish version of The Sound of Music.
